		<description>I would add a "yes, but...." to the the first statement.  Given the variability of weather, light, trains and where you happen to be, flexibility, hand holding a shot, a quick eye for scenery and a willingness to plunge out through the brush can yeild some pretty good shots.  I have seen some very good photogrphers miss some good opportunities because they were not "set up".  In this digital era, the only real risk is a broken leg.</description>
