I've been there a few times and found a few good angles, but it'd be cool to tag along with someone who's more familiar with the area. I thought the Dalles bridge didn't have any sidewalks, or at least not on the west side. I've thought about going out there for a shot like yours, but I didn't want to dodge traffic to get there.
