I use two radios. In my SUV I have an ICOM F-121 commercial radio permanently mounted with a Larsen NMO 150B mounted in the center of the roof. For a handheld I use a Yaesu VX-170 with a Smiley tuned antenna. The ICOM I purchased at a commercial radio shop while the Yaesu can be purchased at several online vendors like Ham Radio Outlet.

I did have a great spot for a side shot but I wasn't paying attention so the geo train snuck by there before I was ready for it. That said all I could muster from there on out was the wedgies you see.

So did you get any shots of the side of that geometry train? Or are all your shots head-on's? (not to sound snotty, I just want to see what that train looked like...)
