		<description>Wow, I absolutely LOVE this shot.  I know the building well.  A few residents actually asked if the city (yeah, the city) would &quot;relocate&quot; the tracks so they wouldn&#039;t have to hear the noise.  The City simply stated, &quot;we don&#039;t own those tracks, you&#039;ll have to talk to BNSF&quot;.  To which there was utter confusion from my understanding.

In addition, the building, albeit beautiful, wasn&#039;t built with the appropriate &quot;train noise reduction&quot; items that the other surrounding condos were.  :)   ...oh the negligent and uninformed home owner!  :p

I am still amazed at how many people move next to tracks thinking that nothing extra or that nothing runs on the tracks.  Only to find out at 5:00am or some hour that a train comes roaring through.  People should really think about these things.
